Crowne Imperial in Kathmandu impressed me with its fantastic dining. Dinner featured a 10/10 meal with a stunning view from the restaurant. Breakfast, served hot and fresh, really elevated my mornings. The reception staff, especially Laxmi, Savita, and Sushma, went above and beyond with non-accommodation-related tasks. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the busy city. the warm water in my room didn’t work initially. Although staff promised to address the issue, no one came to fix it. Despite this, the overall stay was enjoyable, making it a worthwhile choice for those looking for relaxation after a busy day.

The reception staff impressed me with their willingness to assist with various arrangements, truly going the extra mile.
The temperature control in the room was inconsistent, which affected my overall comfort.

bore well water supply, clean and well-maintained property, convenient money exchange
It felt like an eternity waiting for hot water to flow in the bathroom!!! Plus, the pale yellow water in the shower and bathtub was unsettling, not an acceptable feature for any guest!!!

No nonsense – just the truth
Impeccably clean and impressively spacious rooms make this place a gem. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness stand out, particularly during meal times. the breakfast buffet is a feast! A secured parking option is a plus if you have your own vehicle. Ideal for business or a relaxing stay amidst the city's chaos.

Family with children getaway
The staff, especially this one guy, wore a white shirt and was pure gold, helped us settle in and was super kind during check-in,, made us feel at home. Food was decent, breakfast hits like a strong meth batch, fresh fruits and good coffee, perfect way to start your day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but still acceptable for what we got.
